IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRODUCT METHODS IN LAMPUNG CHIPS INDUSTRY CENTERS

Abstract

The banana chips production center in Bandar Lampung City is centered on Jalan Pagar Alam Kedaton Bandar Lampung, consisting of 32 business units including product processing 18 business units and 14 marketing units only. These chips are typical Lampung souvenirs. The implementation of CPPOB in the Chips Industry Centers is very important to ensure product quality and safety. . This study aims to evaluate the implementation of CPPOB. The research method includes collecting qualitative and quantitative data on the implementation of Perkabom RI No.12 of 2012 concerning CPPOB in the home industry, purposive sampling of 18 chip business units. The data collected was obtained through interviews and filling out the CPPOB Field Assessment. Outcome in infection is generally stated to be “good” with serious and critical discrepancies
