Abstract

ABSTRACT

The importance of collaboration between stakeholders in supporting rural tourism development is an important thing that cannot be ignored. The implementation of this collaboration must run in the same vision. Armed with the concept of Collaborative Government, this research aims to describe the collaborative process of developing AMKE Ecotourism from the farmer's perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach carried out on AMKE tourism in Oro-Oro Ombo Village. The sample for this research was determined by census, namely 32 KTH Panderman farmers with the consideration that these farmers were the main actors in the development of AMKE. The data collection technique was carried out by interview with the help of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. The research results show that AMKE development has started with face-to-face meetings to achieve trust, commitment and mutual understanding between relevant stakeholders. However, in terms of temporary outcomes, there are no temporary results from the agreements that have been made. The recommendation from this research is that stakeholders need to be serious considering that social capital in AMKE development is fairly good..
