Abstract

Tricoderma, SP. is an antagonistic fungus that functions as a control of various plant diseases. Tricoderma propagation can be done using solid media and liquid media. This study aims to determine the quality of tricoderma by propagating using various liquid media. The research design used a completely randomized design with 6 treatments, namely liquid media from potato extract, cassava extract, corn extract, rice washing water, coconut water and soybean soaking water. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. Parameters observed were temperature and pH before and after fermentation and the density of Tricoderma spores. The results showed that the average temperature before fermentation of all treatments was ± 29 oC and after fermentation ranged from 29 – 30 oC. The pH before fermentation of all treatments ranged from 3-4 and after fermentation ranged from 4-5. The spore density of all treatments met the SNI 8027.3: 2014 standard, namely 1 x 106 – 1 x 108.
