Peningkatan Kualitas Bibit Indigofera Zollingeriana Dengan Perlakuan Suhu Perendaman Yang Berbeda

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Indigofera zollingeriana adalaha salah satu pakan ternak yang memiliki kandungan protein kasar yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui suhu perendaman yang mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan bibit indigofera zollingeriana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lahan Polbangtan Malang mulai Desember 2023 – Januari 2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan suhu perendaman yaitu : K0 (Suhu ruang): K1 (80˚C): K2 (100˚C). Masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 27 satuan percobaan. Analisis data menggunakan uji anova 5% dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian pembibitan Indigofera zollingeriana yaitu Suhu perendaman berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap daya cambah,tinggi tanaman dan panjang akar tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana. Hasil terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan K2 atau perendaman benih dengan suhu awal air panas 100˚C.

 

 

ABSTRACT

Indigofera zollingeriana is one of the animal feed that has a high crude protein content. This study aims to determine the seedling temperature and auxin concentration that can produce indigofera zollingeriana seedling growth. This research was conducted in Polbangtan Malang from December 2023 - January 2024. The research method used Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 6 treatments of soaking temperature, namely: K0 (Room temperature): K1 (80˚C): K2 (100˚C). Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 27 experimental units. Data analysis used 5% ANOVA test and Duncan test. The results of research on Indigofera zollingeriana seedlings are soaking temperature has a significant effect (P <0.05) on germination, plant height and root length of Indigofera zollingeriana plants. The best results were found in the K2 treatment or soaking seeds with an initial temperature of 100˚C hot water.
