Abstract

ABSTRAK


Kajian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha baik secara finansial maupun  non-finansial pada Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Pola Kemitraan.  Kajian ini sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan karena hasilnya sebagai tolok ukur dalam pertimbangan kelanjutan usahanya.  Kajian  ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling.  Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kelayakan usaha baik secara finansial meliputi indikator: Return On Investment (ROI), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Break Event Point (BEP), Rate of Return (RoR), sedangkan pada non-finansial meliputi aspek: hukum, pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi dan lingkungan hidup. Hasil analisis usaha menunjukkan bahwa biaya tetap sebesar Rp 6.240.063,-, biaya variabel sebesar 83.612.000,-, penerimaan total sebesar Rp 102.927.693,-, sehingga pendapatan sebesar Rp 11.739.838,-. Sedangkan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha tersebut, baik aspek finansial maupun aspek non-finansial,  menunjukkan layak  untuk dikembangkan, dengan indikator nilai ROI 11,4%, B/C > 0 (rata-rata 0.1), R/C >1 (rata-rata 1,1), BEP Harga Rp 16.728,-, BEP Produk 5.008 kg, RoR sebesar 8,81% (dibawah standart umum yaitu 15% - 25 dan demikian juga aspek hukum, pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi, dan lingkungan menunjukkan layak.

 ABSTRACT


This study was carried out in the Wajak Malang, which aims to determine the level of business feasibility both financially and non-financially in the Partnership Pattern Broiler Chicken Farming Business. This study is very important to carry out because the results serve as benchmarks in considering the continuation of the business. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection obtained by interview and observation. Data were analyzed using a business feasibility analysis both financially including indicators: Return On Investment (ROI), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C), Break Event Point (BEP), Rate of Return (RoR) , while the non-financial aspects include: law, market and marketing, technical and technology and the environment. The results of the business analysis show that fixed costs are Rp. 6,240,063, -, variable costs are 83,612,000, -, total revenue is Rp. 102,927,693, so that income is Rp. 11,739,838, -. While the results of the feasibility analysis of the business, both in financial and non-financial aspects, show that it is feasible to be developed, with indicators of  ROI 11.4%, B / C value> 0 (average 0.1), R / C> 1 (average 1.1), BEP Price IDR 16,728, Product BEP 5,008 kg, RoR of 8.81% (under the general standard of 15% - 25 and so are legal, market and marketing, technical and technological, and environmental aspects worthy.
