Agriekstensia : Jurnal Penelitian Terapan Bidang Pertanian has been accredited and classified as Sinta 4 by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology - Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Republic of Indonesia in 2023 for a period of five years starting from Volume 22 Issues 1 July 2023 to Volume 26 Issues 2 December 2027 based on Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024.

Jurnal Penyuluhan Pembangunan
Jurnal Penyuluhan Pembangunan, with ISSN (Print) 2656-324X and ISSN (Online) 2656-5560, is a multidisciplinary journal that publishes research results on extension and community service/empowerment activities and is published by the Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang. This journal covers various studies related to extension and community service from various fields of science using the Indonesian language. The focus and scope of extension and community service in this journal include Extension, Community Service, Rural Development, Communication, Community Empowerment, Agricultural/Rural Sociology, and Social Psychology.
The journal is published twice a year (June and December). Authors interested in publishing their articles can submit their manuscripts by following the writing guidelines and article submission procedures on OJS JPPM. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are written in a different format will be rejected by the editor before further review. The editorial team will only accept manuscripts that meet the format requirements.

Seminar Nasional Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang 2023
Seminar in Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang (Polbangtan) July 22th, 2023 , with the theme "Building human resources for food sovereignty", aims to improve the quality of human resources as actors in realizing food sovereignty. Efforts to improve the quality and regeneration of agricultural and human resources are insufficient if they are carried out in an informal/non-formal manner.
Polbangtan Malang, one of the Higher Education Institutions within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, carries out formal education to support agricultural development. Graduates (Output) are produced with the hope of working in the agricultural sector to encourage farmer regeneration. The declining number of workers in the agricultural sector is caused by the low interest of youth to be involved in the agricultural sector. Most youths switched to the industrial sector, causing a labor crisis in the agricultural sector. Therefore, Polbangtan Malang is the right place to instill and develop an agricultural spirit in today's young generation with the hope that they will become millennial farmers who can become agents of change in agriculture. A social entrepreneur (Sociopreneur) differs from a business entrepreneur because a social entrepreneur makes a profit and invites and changes society for a better life and environment. Polbangtan Malang plays a role in creating agro-sociopreneurs.
This seminar will present speakers from both the bureaucracy, namely from the MENKO PMK as a keynote speaker, and other presenters such as the Dean of Vocational Studies IPB with the theme "The Role of Vocational Education in Creating Agrisociopreneurs." CEO. PT Fenanza Putra with the theme "Young Generation, Livestock Entrepreneurs, and the Key to Food Sovereignty." Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik with the theme "The Role of the Agricultural Industry in Achieving Food Sovereignty."

National Conference of Applications in Agriculture and Animal Science (NCAAA)-2024
National Conference of Applications in Agriculture and Animal Science (NCAAA)-2024, 24 July 2024, with the theme "Increasing Millennial Agricultural Resources for Food Security" is one of the events in a series of activities commemorating the 6th Anniversary of Polbangtan Malang. The aim of holding this event is to raise awareness of the agricultural millennial generation regarding the country's food security. The cultivation of material is not only through assimilation and hearing, but is proven by the publication of proceedings that color the scientific knowledge of animal husbandry and agriculture.
Polbangtan Malang is one of the agricultural education institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Polbangtan Malang has 3 study programs, namely Sustainable Agriculture Extension, Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare Extension, and Animal Husbandry Agribusiness. In accordance with Tri Dharma, Polbangtan Malang has the aim of producing a young agricultural generation as the successors of agricultural businesses in the future. For your information, Indonesia is currently experiencing a crisis in the interest of the younger generation to become agricultural entrepreneurs. So, Polbangtan Malang plays a role in preparing resources for the younger generation for the sustainability of Indonesian food.
This seminar was attended by several presenters. Prof. Ir. Dedi Nur Syamsi, M. Agr as Acting Head of BPPSDM Ministry of Agriculture who acted as keynote speaker. He delivered material with the theme "farmer regeneration in utilizing the demographic bonus". Sugito, S.Sos., MH as Director General of PDKP and PDT of the Ministry of Rural Affairs with the theme "Support of the Ministry of Rural Affairs for Rural Food Security.". Dr. Andriyanto, SH., M.Kes as Person in Charge of the Regent of Pasuruan with the theme "Regional Government Strategy in Involving Young Farmers in Realizing Food Security"

International Vocational Agriculture Symposium
The International Vocational Agriculture Symposium (IVAS) is an biannual global forum designed to bring together practitioners, academics, vocational trainers, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector. The main objectives of IVAS are to promote innovation and best practices in agricultural vocational education, strengthen networks, and support sustainable agricultural development through cross-border collaboration. International Vocational Agriculture Symposium (IVAS) organized by Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang.
Each edition also features case studies, as well as panel discussion sessions with speakers from universities, government, and the private sector.
To join or be a speaker at IVAS, typically go through the call-for-papers, which opens a few months before the event, or register directly through the organizing institution.
