Efforts to improve the quality and regeneration of agricultural and human resources are insufficient if they are carried out in an informal/non-formal manner.

Polbangtan Malang, one of the Higher Education Institutions within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, carries out formal education to support agricultural development. Graduates (Output) are produced with the hope of working in the agricultural sector to encourage farmer regeneration. The declining number of workers in the agricultural sector is caused by the low interest of youth to be involved in the agricultural sector. Most youths switched to the industrial sector, causing a labor crisis in the agricultural sector. Therefore, Polbangtan Malang is the right place to instill and develop an agricultural spirit in today's young generation with the hope that they will become millennial farmers who can become agents of change in agriculture. A social entrepreneur (Sociopreneur) differs from a business entrepreneur because a social entrepreneur makes a profit and invites and changes society for a better life and environment. Polbangtan Malang plays a role in creating agro-sociopreneurs.

This seminar will present speakers from both the bureaucracy, namely from the MENKO PMK as a keynote speaker, and other presenters such as the Dean of Vocational Studies IPB with the theme "The Role of Vocational Education in Creating Agrisociopreneurs." CEO. PT Fenanza Putra with the theme "Young Generation, Livestock Entrepreneurs, and the Key to Food Sovereignty." The raw materials for making fertilizer can come from various sources, one of which is coffee grounds waste. This study aims to determine the process of making bokashi fertilizer from coffee grounds waste with the addition of cow dung, goat dung, and banana stems. The research uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 4 treatments and 6 replications, namely P1 (Pure Coffee Grounds Waste), P2 (Coffee Grounds Waste and Cow Dung), P3 (Coffee Grounds Waste and Goat Dung), and P4 (Coffee Grounds Waste and Banana Stems). The bokashi fertilizer fermentation process is carried out for 21 days. The observed parameters are temperature, pH, color, smell/aroma, texture, NPK content, organic C, C/N ratio, and moisture content. The data is presented descriptively. The macro-nutrients of all treatments meet the minimum technical requirements for solid organic fertilizer quality according to the Kepmentan Number 2019261/KPTS/SR.310/M/4/2019 concerning the minimum technical requirements for organic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and soil conditioners. The highest macronutrient content is found in the bokashi fertilizer treatment from coffee grounds waste with the addition of cow dung (P2). However, the C/N ratio in treatments P1 and P4 does not meet the National Indonesian Standard (SNI) requirements. The moisture content of the bokashi fertilizer from coffee grounds waste also does not meet the SNI standards for all treatments
2024-02-07T02:56:47+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.polbangtanmalang.ac.id/index.php/SeminarNasional2023/article/view/2651 Farming Analysis Hatchery Rice 2024-02-07T02:57:01+00:00 Widia Agustina Setyo Pratiwi [email protected] Muhammad Saikhu [email protected] Ferdianto Budi Samudra [email protected]
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the main food crops cultivated by farmers in Indonesia.
